What's included
12 x 90-minute sessions
Neurodivergent people often need more space to talk and be heard. Processing while talking is common, and I have found that traditional 60-minute sessions often aren’t long enough to get to breakthrough points.

Fortnightly sessions
I recommend meeting fortnightly so there is plenty of processing time in between our calls as this is where some of the deep work and understanding comes into play. This tends to give you more insight than weekly sessions.

Space to record your thoughts between sessions
You can email me between sessions to record your thoughts, or we can set up somewhere for you to share in a different way. Voice notes and recordings can be an excellent way to process if writing is difficult or if your hand won’t keep up with your thoughts.

Flexibility with time
There is potential for the time to be taken flexibly if required – we’re all different, and often, the early days of coaching can demand more time together, whereas the later days tend to require more space.

Optional session recordings
Recordings of sessions are available if you don’t want to take notes, and you can refer back to what was said at a later date.
Regular check-ins
We will do regular check-ins to make sure you’re on track with your aims for the coaching and how things have changed.

Session topics led by you
Whatever you feel is most important to you at the time is what we discuss. There’s nothing that will distract you more than trying to force your mind onto a subject you’re not focused on.

Let’s deal with what’s going on in your real life right now. That’s what’s most important.
